What we collect
What you send through the contact form: name, email, budget range and your message. We also count visits anonymously with Vercel Web Analytics (page viewed, referring site, country, browser and device type), without cookies and without data that identifies you. We do not use advertising trackers.
Why and on what basis
To answer your request and prepare a proposal, based on your consent and on steps prior to a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b). Visit statistics, only ever aggregated, help us improve the website, on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f).
Who else processes it
Vercel Inc. hosts the website and counts visits, and a delivery provider sends the contact form's messages. Both act as data processors under contract, with safeguards for international transfers (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We never sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request and, if we work together, for the legal retention periods.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by emailing hello@murcore.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
