Concept project: the client and their data are fictional; the design, the code and the demo are ours and live.
The brief
We set ourselves the brief of an agency selling villas on the Costa Cálida and Costa Blanca to buyers from abroad: a site that matches the level of the homes, lets people search the way they really do (by area, map and budget) and turns interest into viewings the team can follow up.
What it does
- 01
A home page with character
A brand intro, a slow-moving photo and a quick search that suggests areas and homes as you type.
- 02
Search with a map
Filters by area, type, price and bedrooms, with the grid and the map kept in sync.
- 03
Pages that open up
The card photo grows into the cover of the property page, with no cut or reload.
- 04
Calculator and viewings
A Spanish purchase tax and costs calculator, and viewing requests that land in the agent's panel.
Screens

Search with filters by area, type and price, as a grid or on a map.

Property page: the card photo morphs into the cover as you open it.

Agent panel: viewing requests in a pipeline, from new to reserved.
How it is made
Native transitions
Property pages use React and browser View Transitions, so the animation between pages needs no heavy library.
Our own map
MapLibre with open tiles: no per-visit fees and no Google keys in the browser.
Serverless panel
The agent panel is a demo that keeps leads in the browser; in a real project it runs on a database with users and roles.
